hey there!
I’m Robyn,
After working 10 years in the chiropractic corporate world, I felt confident in my chiropractic business skills.
When my husband and I decided to venture away from the corporate-employee world into the private practice-entrepreneurial-business ownership world, I thought I was fully prepared. I was so excited to build a chiropractic business of our own, on our terms, based on our vision.
However, within one day of signing the paperwork to purchase our practice, the confidence I had in my chiropractic business skills had been replaced by fear (and, at risk of sounding dramatic, I would say it was more like terror).
On the other end of the phone was my attorney asking me questions about entity structure, filing for an EIN (A what? I thought to myself), and who should be listed under which roles in our Articles of Incorporation (Umm..what exactly is that, I asked.)
It was in that moment I wondered, how were other aspiring chiropractic business owners figuring out how to own and operate a health care business?
The confidence I thought I had from the past 10 years of experience was quickly replaced with feelings of stress, overwhelm, and a knot in the pit of my stomach telling me I was incapable.
So, I put my head down and went to work-and school. I was sure that by getting a healthcare business degree, the knowledge I would gain would fill all of the little cracks that had been created by my fragile business confidence. And, this is when things began to change.
I discovered that the strategies and systems I was implementing in my business that were gaining the most traction and producing the greatest results were NOT coming from what I was learning through higher education, but from what I was doing day-to-day in the business. Trying, testing, failing, redoing, creating, planning, speeding up, slowing down, experiencing wins, failing some more, gaining confidence, feeling unqualified-rinse and repeat.
Through my experience working on a chiropractic management team overseeing 52 clinics, to becoming a private practice owner, to purchasing a second clinic through acquisition, to opening a third location from start-up, the chiropractic business knowledge I have has come from years of hard work.
And, as my knowledge grew, so did my reputation. I became known for my step-by-step, action-by-action chiropractic business systems and strategies.
But, what is best of all…
Over the years, I have had the honor of helping chiropractors, chiropractic students, chiropractic business owners, and chiropractic staff sidestep the years of struggles learning the business of chiropractic.
What I have learned along the way is that there is not an all-knowing end point. Whether just getting started in your business, a seasoned practitioner, or somewhere in the middle, years of practice do not alleviate business challenges. As you grow and evolve in the ever-changing healthcare sector, so do your business needs.
Like me, you too have felt uncertain about all there is to know about a chiropractic business regardless of where you are at in your career.
That’s why you’re here.
If you’re looking to understand the business of chiropractic, you’re in the right place.
I can help because I’ve been there.
How?
By sharing what I KNOW and DO step-by-step in nitty gritty detail.
So, whenever you’re ready, grab my hand, walk beside me, and let’s do this together.

Do you have a chiropractic business question?
I’m ALL about:
Sharing my knowledge, processes, and systems so you don’t have to recreate the wheel.
Encouraging, supporting, and guiding you to feeling confident in your business practices.
I’m NOT about:
Giving you sleazy sales tactics and calling it chiropractic business training.
Telling you to do something I have not or am not willing to do myself.
